The Hotel reserves the right to charge the guest our website rates if the guest has no paid reservation.
If the guest has no confirmation voucher upon arrival the Hotel reserves the right to seek further verification, if after further verification their is no paid confirmation, the hotel will charge the website rates.
New Year Promo is only available for Pre-paid bookings on this website.
You must make payment for rooms booked on this site at the time of booking and you agree to make payment via a debit to your nominated credit card. The amount debited will be the amount shown on our Thaiepay booking page prior to you clicking the "Submit Now" button on that page.
A no show will be charged for the full amount of one night's stay.
Refunds for paid bookings (not incl. 4% credit card surcharge) on this website will be minus 350 Bt Transfer Handling Charge
Pets: We do not accept pets.
Paid Online Bookings via this Website: If the credit card holder is not checking in we will need the PASSPORT ID page of the credit card holder to verify the booking (please email to us). Failure to adhere to this may result in the Hotel needing to take additional measures to verify the reservation and/or your reservation may not be honoured by the Hotel
